Overall my experience has been good. The building is fairly new and the units come with modern and updated appliances I personally haven’t had any issues with the building manager in my tower. However, I’ve heard mixed feedback from residents in the neighboring towers, and since each tower has a different manager, experiences may vary. The amenity room is decent, nothing exceptional but usable. The gym is quite small and has limited equipment, so if having a fully equipped fitness space is important to you, that’s something to consider. There have been some security concerns in the past, like incidents of unauthorized people entering the building and packages being taken. It’s something management should continue improving. Also, the building is located right next to the SkyTrain line, so train noise is definitely noticeable. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is an important factor to keep in mind before moving in.
